Hi!

A holiday 2 wdw isnt just wdw, its the flight there and back aswell. I was just wondering who do you all prefer to fly with?

I must say virgin atlantic - really nice cabin crew, excellent in flight entertainment and lots of little extras eg. ice cream during movies, and an amenity kit on every seat, there and back - which you can keep!!!

I guess if you are from the usa then you probably dont fly with virgin. anyway, who is your favourite airline to fly to wdw and why?

:)

Heading for the great escape.
I would have said Virgin Atlantic but had a horendous trip in 2000. On the outward bound flight the 747 ran out of water so the loos wouldnt work correctly, i was sat behind my father whos a little deaf and the stewrdess made some scathing comments about him cause he hadnt heard her. On the way back we were diverted via Stanstead cause the plane was running out of fuel and couldnt join the stack over the South coast. Dickie Pickle can keep his frequent virgin programme.
Last year went with the Disney Co/ Britania and the service was 1st class, there seemed to be more leg room to. apart from two herberts smoking herbal tabs in the loos and the Cpt threatning to divert to New York it was an uneventfull trip, especially to someone who sees it as the longest white knuckle ride of the holiday.

It wasn't necessarily the best flight but it WAS the most memorable. When I was on my way down to begin my CP I connected in SLC and was on the second leg (a little before New Orleans) and the captain came on and asked if there were any registered doctors on-board. We ALMOST had to make an emergency landing in NO but pushed for Orlando. We got there and didn't have a holding pattern or anything. They had cleared us to immediately land. Turns out someone on-baord had suffered a pretty serious stroke but we were far enough past NO that it was faster for us to push to Orlando. We landed and were immediately surrounded by emercency vehicles. After about 30 minutes and having paramedics cart the person off we were finally able to disembark.

well...I can't vote on those. My absolute favorite is JetBlue! I recommend it to anyone who is indecisive on an airline to pick! The seats are very comfortable and you can watch Animal Planet the entire ride! The staff members are incredible, too...on our first flight, the pilot comes out. This was a flight from Rochester to New York City, mind you. What does he ask us? "Good morning everyone! Just a quick question! Governor Jebb Bush would like to know how many of you are headed down to Orlando today to see Mickey Mouse! Could y'all raise your hands?" I CHEERED!!!!!!!!!

I've flown Airtours and BA and it's no competition really - BA by a long stretch.
We fly Virgin in June, leaving from Dublin and then onto Gatwick and MCO. Not bad for £330.
