I was diagnosed with Type I diabetes at the age of 8 years. TAB was the only diet soft drink widely available at that time so I drank it for years. I agree, it was always pretty nasty but at least I could drink a soda like other people. I now drink Diet Pepsi so that's my favorite.

Arizona Green Tea with ginseng and honey is probably first.

Any kind of tea other than diet....

lemonade

milk shakes...

nothing carbonated, nothing diet, and not milk.

Skim milk is my favorite. I drink just about a gallon of it a day. Luckily it is not expencive for me to buy, I think that it is the only good thing about living in Vermont!

A gallon a day?? wow! I do like milk, but not that much! My roommate used to drink a lot of milk too, and she would have it at any time of the day with pizza, tacos or whatever! I couldn´t stand that... :hurl: sorry... I drink it only with cereal or chocolate, breakfast or dinner.... hehe

Diet Dr. Pepper..one of the News Anchors I used to work with got me hooked on the stuff....

Anything loaded with caffiene....and no calories as I am trying to watch my girlish figure....uh....er...you know what I mean.:lookaroun
