Another vote for 50s Prime Time. They're hand made with real ice cream and taste great!

Word of warning: Sci Fi Dine In's shakes aren't hand made and come out of a machine.

I have to agree with the Plaza vote. Though I'm not much of a milk shaker so I haven't had a lot to compare. But this one was quite yummy!

Best milkshake in WDW is Orbiting Oreos at the Sci-Fi. Yes it does cost about $10 and involves alcohol, but it's seriously good!

The 50s Prime Time envy of Sci Fi Dine In's popularity is amusing - it even spills over to the milkshakes discussion. (I'm looking at YOU, wolf! :lol: )

Yet, you hardly ever read a Sci Fi Restaurant fan feel the need to bash poor Prime Time and its family theme. :shrug:


Sci Fi gets my vote for best shakes at Walt Disney World, but I would bet any milkshakes made on Main Street USA are going to be top notch also.

I love the Sci-Fi milkshakes! I have never been to 50's Prime Time, but I'll have to try it some time. I also actually really like the milkshakes at ESPN Club. We stay at the Boardwalk resorts a lot, so I always end up there so my DH can watch whatever he currently has a fantasy team in.

Ghiradelli nob hill chill. They take a hot fudge sundae and put it in a blender to make it in to a milkshake. My favorite is the dark chocolate peanut butter.

I can't believe nobody's mentioned Whispering Canyon. ALL-YOU-CAN-DRINK! Tasty, too... the chocolate is not your average Hershey's syrup milkshake. I have been trying to recreate it with no luck. Change flavors as many times as you want!

EDIT:...and I see someone has already mentioned WCC. Whoops.
