Well, I'd have to say the Haunted Mansion...

(So much detail, so many things to see, and to this day, everytime I go in there, I see something new)

Second would be Tower of Terror.
Third would be Spaceship Earth
Fourth would be Splash Mountain
Fifth would be Kilimanjaro Safari

all the rides are great. My favorite ride has always been mr. toad. ever since I was a kid. last trip I went on winnie the pooh, and it was just as good as Mr. toad if not better. This trip I went on buzz lightyear space ranger spin, that is awesome. so I don't know if my favorite ride is Buzz or pooh because they are both awesome.

I totally agree... I got off last time asking my wife... was that there before, what about that, did you see that.

However, my all time Disney favorite when I was Young was... If you had Wings ( I loved that ).

Now, it would be a tie on Splash Mountain and Tower of Terror (these are both very Disney to be soo new)

Second would be a tie on Carousel of Progress and Pirates of the Caribbean.

Third would be Haunted Mansion and It's a Small World.

I must give honorable mentions to American Adventure and Hall of Presidents too though.

OK you got my favorites, but in a month they will change I'm sure, so you got my general best of the best. I love so many at Disney, maybe this will at least give you an idea of what type of quality in attractions I look for.:)

Peter Pan's Flight

IMO this ride captures Disney magic more than any other ... And to think it was a "C" ride. Which proves that you don't need megabucks to create a popular, magical ride -- just creativity.

I love the Haunted Mansion for nostalgia...Tower of Terror for thrills..and Illuminations for evening spectacle. Those are my favorites.

For me....It would have to be The Haunted Mansion. I can never get enough of that right ever since childhood. It's just simply the best use of all the classic elements that make WDW as magical as it is.

But...for nostalgic purposes and if the ride were still around...I'd have to say 20,000 Leagues Under The Sea would be a very close second. I miss this ride dearly...:(

Country Bear Jamboree and Walt Disney's Carousel of Progress

For nostalgic purposes...for "family" purposes...for Disney thematic purposes...for Walt Disney purposes...but mainly because I sincerely love them both with my heart and soul.

If they were still around, I would def. consider: Journey into Imagination, Horizons, World of Motion, Dreamflight, Tropical Serenade, and Kitchen Kabaret

Runner ups: Spaceship Earth, American Adventure, It's a Small World

I AGREE!!! That ride always makes me feel great. The best was when my wife and I got to be the first ones on it in the morning.

I've gotta give big ups and loud shoutouts to my peeps over at Horizons.

That ride had wonderful effects for each of the 5 senses. As unique as it was back then (during operation), it remains to be one of a kind.

I love lots of rides at the Disney parks, but I have to say Splash Mountain - no contest.

It may be a newer ride, it may still be operation, it may be a "thrill ride," and it may be popular (these all seem like negatives on this board sometimes), but the best ride I've ever been on anywhere. Great, immersive themeing (the tree leaves completely masking the ceiling!), great story, immense fun from start-to-finish, with surprises (who'd ever been on a flume with that many drops?), fun, thrills, and a great story. It's appropriate for just about anyone over the age of four. Go on it with people who never have before, and are used to amusement park flumes. You'll see the pure enchantment on their faces. On top of it all, it's a LONG ride!

Sheer genius and pure Disney magic.

There are way too many rides that I could consider my favorite. But I would probobly have to go with Tower of Terror as my #1 followed by All of the magic kingdom mountains, Rock 'n' Roller Coaster, Spaceship earth and Dinosaur.

Here are my favorites from each park (at least those I've been to):

Disneyland: Space Mountain - Far and away the coolest ride that ever existed at this park. The soundtrack makes it all the better.

California Adventure: California Screamin' - A pretty decent coaster and the only reason not to take a wrecking ball to Paradise Pier.

Magic Kingdom: Splash Mountain - The best log flume ride ever built.

Epcot: American Adventure - The most elaborate display of animatronics ever, plus it has always been emotionally moving...even BEFORE 9/11

MGM: Tower of Terror - Disney actually managed to build an attraction around my favorite tv show of all time. How cool is that? The attention to detail is phenomenal and the ride is awesome! This is also my vote for all-time best Disney attraction anywhere (only Spider Man is better)!

DAK: Dinosaur - Not only is it impressive from a technological standpoint, but also has a great story (including the pre-show).
