This is actually really werid you asked this because the best cheese I've ever had was some gruyere on the cheese platter at Chefs de France. It hit the spot. I'm from New York City and have had my fair share of fancy cheeses, but that gruyere was yummy!

Cheddar & Cheshire. I also really like feta, I went out to a restaurant recently, and they did feta with melon, sounds like a horrible mix but it was deeelicious! :slurp:
