Many to remember...all quite memorable.
Almost all were a direct result from the me expressing my knowledge of knowing who they were, and addressing them by name.
Most of them were absolutely thrilled i knew who they were ( i guess they were lonely!)

A nice backrub from Kenei at DAK while Koda looked on and applauded.

Watching Figment ( aka *Figzilla*) dance and make positive gestures as i talk to his Greeter about the original JII attraction.
Figment definately shared a similar opinion of the past attraction...
( yes, he had an opinion and was on the clock!)

Sweetums wandering over during the day parade ( during the Muppets themed VoluntEARs promotion pre-parade) to visit with me and showing a lot of gratitude for being recognized by name.
Ditto for Gideon...who clearly appreicated the aknowledgment.

Lilo with her wagon, with Stitch sitting in it among her record player and Elvis photo at Animation at DHS. Both were very excited to visit with someone who had seen their ( then brand new ) movie. Stitch panted madly upon approach and kissed me loudly much to Lilos amusement. They also *play fought* each other for my attention while a CM was trying to get us posed for a photo.

Jessie during a showing of Block Party Bash. We had a complete hand-signal conversation between ourselves while she was on the float which was awesome.
She was having a good time...and so was i and a friend!

King Louie wanting a shirt i had made and worn that day to DAK. It was a self-painted shirt with a rare Disney character on it and he gestured to the design and seemed to want to have it.
* I wanna be like you...cousin!*

Meeting Mickey just past the front turnstiles at MK one morning, to which he stuck out his elbow for me to put my arm around for a pose...ala a lady on his arm.
As we stand there, i say to him..* what will Minnie think about this...* and he turns his head and covers his mouth as if agast and at the same time amused by the comment.

Telling Prince John that i knew who the REAL ruler of this Magic Kingdom was ( meaning, him ).
He stroked his chin and primped himself, seemingly pleased at the flattery.

My most favorite was at the Princess Meet and Greet. We were in line for the Fairies at the end of MK hours and start of MVMCP hours. We were in the front of the line, a CM asked if my daughter wanted to me the the princesses, and be able to get right in to see the Fairies (this is when the Fairies just started). We went over to see Belle, Aurora, and Cinderella. It was my daughter and myself only. My daughter played and talked with them for about 30 minutes. She was snuggling with Belle talking and she almost fell asleep in her arms. It was the sweetest thing in the world and those three lovely young ladies were as perfect as a princess can be.

My son was in the Pirates Legue in December and we went back for the 4:00 Pirate tutorial/parade. My 4yo son was chosen to join Jack Sparrow and a heavy set pirate on stage to learn the way of pirates. Jack got down to my son's level (he was the shorted pirate chosen to come on stage) and told my son to distract the other pirate then hit him in the stomach with a sword. Well my son didn't have the best aim and swung pretty hard just a little lower. Jack almost lost it laughing and kept saying that he was going to have to keep an eye on the "little one".

I would have to say that it was Chip & Dale. We met them in tomorrowland. We had just had breakfast at Kona & my daughter was still carrying the children's menu around with her when Dale take it out of her hands & looked at it. Then he proceeded to rub his hand on his belly & they were both joking around with her. It was a great moment! The other great one was at Akershus with Snow White. She took my daughter's hand & led her around the restaurant for the "Princess Parade". It was another moment I'll never forget!

My favorite character interaction actually happen at the Vero Beach Resort. The resort had a character breakfast and being the WDW experienced planner that I am I chose the earliest time I could. Well the breakfast at Vero Beach just doesn't have the crowd that the resorts on property do so my 2 boys had Donald and Goofy to their selves for like a half hour. At one point Donald even sat down and colored with my youngest son for 10 minutes or more. It was great we had like our own private character breakfast.

I've never laughed harder than at Cinderella's step sisters. Best moment was summer of 2011 when my granddaughter got some extra special attention from Aurora in town square area where she then walked her over to Cinderella and Belle to introduce them to her friend. About 2 hours later we were at dinner at 1900 park fare and Cinderella said, "Brianna, two visits in one day..."

Welcome to the board! I love reading about meet and greets too and have so many wonderful experiences. It's hard to choose a favorite. And I don't want to post something I always write about...hmmm...

I will tell the story of my cousin's first interaction with Aladdin.

We went to Disney in 2006 or 2007 and It was the Pirate and Princess Party. (What an amazing party...wish they still had it) and all the princes were out with there princesses. I don't know what was up with my 4year old cousin but she wanted nothing...absolutely nothing to do with the men....at....all....she hid from Prince Phillip and cried when prince Eric was out with Ariel (on a side note to that story...Eric told Ariel he was going to walk 'over here' while Brittany talked with Ariel and my sister and I, in full Anastasia and Drizella mode, were like 'oh, you can come stand with us!' So we fawned over Eric while Brittany talked with Ariel...it was awesome).

The next night we were at Epcot and just by chance, we wandered into the character spot in Morrocco and Aladdin came out. My sister and I were thrilled and so excited and Brittany...hid by her mother. So I took her book to have Aladdin sign it for her. Brittany watch as Aladdin talked to her...I don't remember what he said but when he went to hand her back the pen, he 'flipped' it away so she couldn't grab it. He did this to her about 3 times and said Abu did that to him all the time. She laughed and was much better around him. She also didn't have an issue with any of the other characters after that. So Aladdin...charmer to all the ladies...even the 4 year olds.

Danced with Donald at Toon Town in 2008. It was late and we were the last group to go in for pictures. Donald and Pluto were acting very silly and we all enjoyed the little extra attention. Made for some wonderful and memorable videos and pics. Donald even escorted us out into the main tent area where the giftshop was. My girls still talk about it.

Well, back in my CP days, my friends and I would have Princess Thursdays where we would go meet all of the princesses in the Magic Kingdom. Still to this day, every time I visit the World, at least one princess comes up to me and asks if she's met me before. They always welcome me back, and always go above and beyond.

I've always had amazing luck with characters. However my favorite interaction was this past October with Peter Pan. Peter is my all time favorite character, and I've yet to meet a truly wonderful Pan, until my last visit. I saw him chasing a bunch of boys around Adventureland and knew I had to get on line. Pan and I spent about 15 minutes talking, about everything from DAwM to his ride in Fantasyland. We talked about adventures, fighting pirates, and never growing up. Never have I met such a perfect face character. I made sure I let guest services know how great he was, and I hope to see him over the summer!

So glad I found this thread! I honestly thought I would've had to start a new thread about this.

Anyway, I have many favorite memories but there is one that always stands out. It was in 2009 during my HS class trip, the first time I've ever got to meet the characters at Disney World. The one character I wanted to meet more than anyone else but Belle because she was my favorite Disney heroine of all time.

I was in Epcot that day and my eyes lit up when I saw the meet and greet area. First time tried to get in the line, I was told by the greeter that the line was full . Second time around, same thing. I was getting frustrated and worried at the same time thinking well, all sorts of things. Fears that I would miss out meeting Belle. Stress of trying to figure how to plan around the next available meet and greet time. The third time, however, I finally got a spot in line by showing up early only for the anxiety to grow. I was definitely the only male in line and I would be lying if I said I wasn't uncomfortable. I was so nervous beyond belief that words can't describe it.
Now this was the time where Belle and Beast in France met together but for some reason, the Beast hadn't showed up and while some people waited to the side until the Beast showed up, I went forward to meet Belle.

She greeted me with a friendly “Bonjour” and then asked me if I had any adventures so far and I responded, “Yes”. I gave her my autograph book and then told her she was my all-time favorite Disney heroine. She thanked me and called me prince. Believe me, I was so bashful when I heard that! She then asked my favorite part of the movie and I told her my favorite part with Be Our Guest. Finally, we took a picture and after it was all said and done, I think my heart melted afterwards.
