She was a front desk Cast Member at Coronado Springs who was leaving work when the accident happened. Regardless of the details, it is amazing how many people are willing to pass judgement on someone they don't know. It happened and a young girl is now no longer with us because of it.

May she rest in peace and comfort be with her family and the entire Coronado Springs family.

I'm impressed with how many people have such immediate access to the FHP's facts and findings. Really makes it much easier for me to jump to my conclusions when I have a thread full of facts to absorb.

FHPs traffic homicide unit issues reports immediately afterwards

If all of WDW was on some kind of automated monorail or people mover system, accidents like this would be virtually impossible and guests would be happier with the service. - My two cents

My prayers and condolences go out to the families.

Except this was a CM who in all likeliness didnt live on property. So eventually, she would have had to get in a car and drive to her house, where on the way she would pass other vehicles/buses.

Its tragic, and there is no way to say it was preventable if there was a magical transportation system in play.
