Hey all,
Just got some very sad and disturbing news today from a friend of mine that I worked with at the Land for a year who now works at Mission Space....Food Rocks final concert will be next month (August), not for sure what date but i was also told the "Flying Over.." attraction from California Adventure probably would be moving into its spot. Its sad to see this go as did Kitchen Kabaret :( its a sad sad world when the Kitchen Police leave the stage. I hope they at least move all the animatronics to a new theater and keep the attraction...I like the idea somebody had on here of letting the show go on in the Sunshine Season Food Fair courtyard or upstairs and take out Circle of Life (i cant stand that attraction). Take care all.

Unfortunately, I was never very fond of the attraction. I have always loved the boat ride through the land, but many other areas of the pavillion IMHO need to be changed and spruced up.

I don't know, I don't believe that Disney should make a habit of replacing more child rides with E-Tickets. Doing so makes disney lose a little of its magic.
But that brings up a point, is Food Rocks really a child-based ride? Its designed with old songs to appeal to the grown-up set, but audio-cardboardtronic to appeal to kids. What's it niche?
