How did this subject turn to epcot, someone forget to thank a Phoenician

Anyway, theres a bunch of hoopla going on here and FLE looks great and everything but can it overcome the "Disney is boring" sentiment that alot of kids have. It concerns me that I hear more and more that kids rather go to IoA.

Yeah I know, and there will supposedly be good theming too which is something Universal is relatively unfamiliar. Parents are going to have to drag their kids to the Magic Kingdom and thats sad. I think FLE is going to be very well themed and great for the little girls that love the princesses but I just wonder if its worth it. Hopefully we will see other parts of the parks get this same level of attention in this decade.

And how did you come to this conclusion? :veryconfu

I would say that IOA is 2nd to only DAK for the most immersive theme park in Florida.

Sorry, I have to disagree. The proportions and layout feel wrong at IOA, and in my opinion, the park seems highly staged and fake.

Of course, it doesn't help that the entrance is littered with Universal credit card hawkers.

Well the entrance is up to the actual park one, not the real entrance area inside the park.

I think IoA gets PARTS of the park very right, and other parts need further tweaking.

Agreed, that's pretty much how I feel about it. The whole "Main Street USA" wanna-be of an entrance just doesnt fit. It looks OK visually, but doesn't feel right. I couldn't believe the amount of junk selling going on around IOA. Even things like dog tags were going on. That whole credit card sales thing is crazy though. Talk about off putting for guests. Their photographers are very aggressive as well, not much fun to be ambushed by crazy camera weilding salesman every time you go in.
