Now, stop that!!!!! Just because furries are a thing doesn't mean all us non-furries can't enjoy these films in the spirit they were intended! Inappropriate art is out there for just about any topic you can think of, unfortunately. And this pic really offends me because it suggests Nick isn't being faithful to Judy--And they're the best Disney couple ever! :D
You have to admit Maid Marian and Robin Hood had lovely voices.

In the very late 70's (pre-home video), I took an amazing college animation class in which several of Disney's most famous older animators and directors came to talk about their films and show many clips of their work. Wolfgang Reitherman was talking about Robin Hood. He showed the scene where Robin Hood's caught at the tournament...And that moment where Robin Hood looked into Maid Marian's eyes and told her he loved her "more than life itself"... All I can say is that at least half the crowd of jaded, cynical 20 & 30-somethings nearly swooned (judging from the reaction). I busted up laughing.

To this day, the scene where Maid Marian first meets Skippy and gives him a surprise kiss was cute. Looking back, I can understand why a lot of young children developed their first crush on her.

Excuse the video quality since it's difficult to find this scene.

Apparently Maid Marian was going to have a bigger role near the end as seen in this clip.

LOLOL, new Micechat “rumor” that small world is being moved to Tokyo because there was a guest survey that featured the question “The next time you visit Disneyland Park, will you ride it’s a small world?”

So, out of curiosity, why do they ask ride-specific questions like that on a survey?

It’s my understanding that often on surveys like this, they ask you which rides you went on, and in response, they ask questions like the one posed about small world. I very well could be wrong, though.

This is ridiculous. You can trace the source of this rumor to a misunderstanding between @lentesta and Jim Hill on their podcast. One or the other, I don't recall which, was trying to explain that the idea of moving Small World from one part of DL's Fantasyland to another part of DL's Fantasyland isn't much different from a plan Tokyo once had for their park. Then the other in the conversation took that to mean DL's Small World was going to Tokyo. And Fab just picked that up and ran with it? :banghead:

Micechat has become so sloppy, they didn’t even acknowledge that Tokyo’s IASW was just refurbished. Check out that beautiful new load area with the train circling it.

So, is it total heresy to say that I probably wouldn't lose much sleep if they DID eventually bulldoze IASW? Yeah, I know it's a classic. But... man that song can get annoying.

Yeah, it was a misunderstanding on the show. Disneyland apparently sends out the same question for most rides, if not all.

That makes a lot more sense. Thanks for dropping in and clearing that up, Len.
