No They have not cut the Dumbo float. However, there are been many times where they do run the parade without it, there are still many times where they run the parade with it. You just happen to catch without.

They cut it from the parade if rain is going to happen.

You answered your own question.
Float can’t drive in the rain so they’ll cut it if it looks like rain, and if impending weather is coming they’ll speed up the parade.

Since TDL is replacing the Dreaming Up parade next year, can they please send it to WDW! Lol. That parade is awesome! Realistically though if it goes anywhere it’ll probably be Shanghai, Hong Kong or Paris before the US parks.

Why couldn't they give that 11:55am time slot to the Adventure Friends Cavalcade, we're already seeing the EARidescent friends 5-6 times a day

FOF being twice a day is a new thing, in the past FOF was once a day. It’s only been twice a day this year

It was during holiday weeks but they had special hires for those weeks, just like they will this December when they show the Christmas parade twice daily for a week.

While true pre pandemic; the reducing to one FoF is entirely unrelated to Fant and should be temporary.

I can see that! It just that MK doesn't usually believe in 2 Parades a day unless it's a Holiday or a Night Parade. DL does it way more.
