Right. A date was already announced. So they kept it. They want guests to believe what they are doing is safe. Pulling something they already announced (and budgeted) doesn’t do that. Pushing out F! a month or two while they “watch” the situation doesn’t really impact most guests.

Why add more entertainment if there is risk of a surge causing bookings to fall?

Is that why FOF reopened the way it did. BA2 was already here then? I'm shocked that MK went for a normal Castle Show if BA2 was here before MMFF.

Yeah, I sat and thought about it a bit more, that makes sense. To watch to see if it surges. Would be annoying to debut the show again just to have to shut it a week later. Fair points.

We are in a confusing time where protocols keep changing. When they started rehearsing FoF, it was designed with distanced choreo. They kept this to avoid rehearsing everything again. MMFF was rehearsed during a time when distancing was no longer required.

This is why I expect just one update to FotLK. They aren’t going to rehearse it with some updates and then do it again a few months later. So whatever we get with the monkeys is what we will keep.
