Fantasmic Dining Package?

Would anyone recommend doing this? I've just read about it and it seems pretty good, has anyone done it and are the seats for Fantasmic good?

Also, which restaurant would you recommend we go to?

I would recomend the seats arnt bad half way up on the side you first walk in at, but you are GUARATNEED a seat so you dont have to wait in a long line, and Hollywood and Vine its a goood buffet, i was going to do this in Oct when i went but the day fantasmic is playing thy close at 7 or the next day they have a 11 late night... i picked the late night

Yes, do the package......

You won't have to worry about being seated and you don't have to get in line early. We dined at Mama Melrose last year and really enjoyed it.

When choosing your seats select the rows half way and up....the show will better visually than the lower rows.

Definitely worth doing the pkg. The seats are on the side of the theater, but you don't miss a thing and as a previous poster noted- they're guaranteed. Personally, I prefer being able to get in a few attractions and a nice dinner and be seated on the side vs. waiting on line for hours to sit in the middle. When we did the pkg we went to Mama Melrose. It took a while to be seated and service was slow (meaning we had to RUN to make it in time for preferred seating), BUT the majority of the food was very good and you get a lot. Would certainly do it again if we wanted to see Fantasmic.

Yes, I would do it. My only problem is which restaurant to go to because I don't care for any of the TS dining locations at DHS with the exception of Brown Derby. If I had to pick, I would do Mama's though.

We have done this several times...we always ate at Hollywood & Vine.
But, on our last trip & our upcoming trip, we decided to just walk in a little before the show.
We don't have to sit to enjoy it.
But, on the other hand, it is nice to have advanced seats & not have to wait in line.

Personally I would only do it at peak times. We have done it a bunch of times, we're just not huge fans of any of the dining choices you need to use. Regardless we'd end up at the theater 30mns prior and there's always still general seating available.

Yes, I would do it!! I would not suggest Hollywood and Vine...we did not care for it. Mama Melroses is a better choice...but this is just us! In case you did not know...you can now do Lunch or Dinner for the package. Good luck and enjoy the show!!!

Brown Derby - esp. if you have two credits to spare on the dining plan.

I would do it at least the first time seeing F! We did it it & ate at MM. At F! we sat about 1/2 way up, next to the rope between regular & reserved seating.
