It's a shame that the concept of global warming, whether accurate or incorrect, has been politicized to the point that nothing will ever be done. :shrug:

Good point but nothing should "be done" per se...I believe in coservation but as to actual global temp, it's kinda like the stock market...you have to look to the long term bigger picture.

I was behind a couple of kids buying them the other day - one little girl claimed to have 23 of them.

Count your blessings...I doubt that was a false claim. Em has 8 and only half were earned or bought with her own money.

No we choose not to support channels that broadcast things that we oppose basically. If and when it becomes possible to order only the channels we want in our house, then we might consider it, but for now, we really don't miss it.

Betty doesn't get quality programming like Girls Next Door, wholesome networks like BET, or that creepy thing fron Nick Jr!

Personally, I think the whole "OMG! NYC IS GOING TO BE, LIKE, UNDERWATER, LIKE, SOON! AND COMMERCIALLY RAISED CATTLE ARE POLUTING THE ATMOSPHERE WITH THEIR METHANE FARTS!!!!111!!!" could be a good way to segue people into basic environmental conservation efforts and anti-pollution campaigns.

Biology stuff is getting on my nerves to.
I'd actually consider dropping the course in favor of getting the physics requirement dones this year instead. :shrug:

No way dude...I talked to a young person the other night who is moving to Jamaica because "OMG, America is killing the earth and I wish I had the money to move away but you need money to do that!!!"
