I was wondering how long it would be before someone said this!

And Buzz Lightyear takes place in the future??- he's a toy given to a kid at a birthday party in Toy Story. Stitch, who is an alien, fits in with Tommorrowland just as much, if not more, than Buzz Lightyear. -Stephanie

I think Stitch will be a great addition to Tomorrowland. His being an alien definitely fits in. I love how destrictive he can be, so I can't wait to see this new... multisensory stationary experience ©.

To some people who don't think Stitch can be scary, he might not look scary as a cartoon, but in real life it might be very different. Maybe his eyes will glow red and have a menacing look and try to kill you. Did the Alien have a gun? I don't think so. However, I think that the Alien will still be the best one ever. If they do have a soft opening of SGE in June, I will make sure to go see it. But I loved the unique story of the Alien. How many people didn't find the Alien ride funny? I forget, but it was some part that the lady was talking funny. Also, there's the part where they say, don't worry, it can't fly away as long as the lights are on. *lights shut off* . And the guy who gets eaten who keeps yelling Keep Quiet, we all scream, SHUT UP!, he gets eaten. BTW, does anyone know if a guy actually does that, or if it is already pre-recorded? What would happen if we didnt scream?

Ha. I am one of those people who was taken to this attraction without knowing it. Sadly, I've only been on the ride once. I'll never know what the alien looks like! I sat in the front, but I sat on the right side instead of the left!

I was comforted when the kid next to me, my cousin's cousin, not on my side screamed like a girl and grabbed my hand....I hit him in the arm because he's older than me... My other cousin was laughing at everyone the whole time. That ride scared the  out of me!

Of course it was funny. Sure the first time I saw it I was a little scared but after that it was pure comedy to me.

Yes a CM actually walked on the catwalk during the attraction. And yes there were screams on the pre-recorded track.

Oh! My question was if the CM was pre-recorded, but I had no idea that the screams were pre-recorded! I wouldn't have been able to tell because everyone actually did scream. I wish I could have seen the alien from the front.....:( I was afraid he would fart on me!!!

Yes the part of XS Maintenance One was pre-recorded. And yes he died the say way every time

And it really didn't matter what seat you were in. All rows were "basically" the same.

If you sit on the left side, the alien is facing you most of the time. Also, if you're in the front, some of the effects will affect you a bit more. (Water/air when tube closes)

I was right there in the front of the Alien almost the entire time. However, I didn't see much (for what you can see in the dark, anyways), because my eyes were closed the entire time. :o Also, I was leaning forward as much as my restraint would let me so I wouldn't feel anything on the back of my neck. I saw a segment WDW Inside Out (I think it was called?) and they had Alien Encounter on there, so I knew what to expect.

And I still was freaked out. :lookaroun Yeah, yeah, I know....what a wuss.. *l*

Anyone ever ride AE with a less than full room.

Would have been odd, once the prerecorded screams come on.

Kind of like "Where did all those other people come from??"

Yeah during an E-ride nights one time there were only a handfull of people in there. And it was a little weird. But it wasn't as weird as riding the Tower of Terror by yourself. That was the strangest feeling being the only person in that big elevator.

All the other times I saw AE it was no less than 3/4 full and most of the time it was basically full.

The shoulder restraints are programmed to stop when they meet resistance (in theory) - to equally accomodate guests of differing height.

Yeah, one time on E-Ride night I saw the lights that flashed onto the "lucky traveler" in teleportation, it just was flashing on an empty chair. "This one will do, but we may need to boost his IQ to-" "Yes! and we have our luckey traveler to wisk across the galaxy!"
