Anyone ever buy DVDs from this site? What are your feelings? Good? Bad? Quality?

They have a DVD of the Epcot TV special with Danny Kaye that my wife and I would love to get our hands on.

Thanks for your help.

As long as the quality is better than the clips on you tube!

I guess I'm curious about the "customer sevice" as well.

Can you use torrents? Get if for free at MouseBits, instead of paying for something which that website has no right to sell in the first place.

Enough said.

I've purchased a few of their DVDs and I have say I've been pretty disappointed with them.

Also, be careful not to trust the descriptions too much. They can be misleading. For example, I purchased the "Nature's Wonderland" one specifically because it said that it had a "full ride through" of the attraction. I was excited about that because I especially wanted to see the "rainbow caverns" part of the ride. But they have no footage of that section of the ride, so they just show snapshots or something at that part. I was mad. They shouldn't advertise it as a "full ride through" if it isn't.

Also, I've been waiting forever for them to release a DVD about Space Mountain. It was "coming soon" forever, and as far as I know (admittedly I haven't gone to the site in a while) it is still not available.

A friend of mine purchased the DVDs on the original Golden Horseshoe Revue and he said the quality was terrible.

I would be very cautious about buying any of these DVDs.

Youtube clips are just as good if not better in most cases.

As far as the "customer service", that too is a bit misleading. As mentioned in my post above, I had been wanting to purchase the DVD on Space Mountain and I emailed them a few times to ask about it. I got different answers every time, and that's the times I even got a response at all. One of the reasons I was interested in that DVD is because there used to be this old TV commercial for Space Mountain and I thought it would be cool to get to see it again. I emailed them about it and described the commercial to them. They responded and said that commercial was on the "Peoplemover" DVD. So I ordered the "Peoplemover" DVD specifically for that clip, and when the DVD arrived.....guess what....the clip was nowhere on it.

For those of you who have never experienced Mousebits or Martin's tribute videos, you do not know what you are missing.

P.S. Dolbyman has some great video's as well.
