We currently have Dec 10 at 6:35. That was booked prior to adding tickets to MCMCP, which begins at 7 PM (we traditionally go commando and skip the parades). So we are stalking an earlier reservation. If that works for you and I'm able to find something earlier I'd be happy to coordinate timing when I cancel.

Keep checking more and more as your trip gets closer. We have almost always been able to get a last minute reservation to any restaurant even during Christmas week by calling/website except BoG and CRT. Ohana, is usually easier to get around 4:00PM than 7:00PM though.

I feel your pain, girl. I tried booking mine for September when we go (23 Days!), and this was back in May, and while I was looking for dinner times..it got later every time...
It went from 9:25...9:30..9:40..9:50..
nope.
It also stinks, because since I became a vegetarian last year (the special kind that eats fish), I'd only be able to get the shrimp or the salad. Or whatever else that's non-meat.. Just keep looking and one might open up!
