If you'll fit in at Deluxe resort? I am now after reading a very long thread on the resort...ha ha.. if nothing else 2 days at Deluxe will be an adventure in and of itself!

I know I would fit in. Not really concerned about others when I stay somewhere. Maybe one day my wife and I can have a chance to stay in one. However with having 5 kids its hard to justify putting that much money into a room that we will not be spending that much time in.
Maybe one day. Just not today. LOL.
Walking to Epcot is a very nice perk!BUT the only main difference between deluxe and moderate is location and convenience. Sure, the deluxes have more dining options but the rooms look so close. People pay the extra money to be able to be on the monorail loop, or to be able to walk to Epcot/DHS.

2 Nights with no parks would be worth spending the extra $$ to stay in a Deluxe.
Guess I am either lucky or numb to the riff raff due to having 5 kids.We have enjoyed both of our stays at POP with no issues.
+1, Must mean we have achieved riff raff statusGuess I am either lucky or numb to the riff raff due to having 5 kids.We have enjoyed both of our stays at POP with no issues.
from all of the stories have heard coming out of the values, it's worth spending the extra money to avoid the riff raff
We've stayed at a few, and the only one I felt that way in was the GF. My kids were young then, and we'd do parks from opening 'til closing. We'd come back at night, looking like 4 disheveled refugees, and make our way to our room through a group of very well-dressed, perfect make-up, not-a-hair-out-of-place guests who no doubt spent the day at the spa or whatever...
Good times!
Maybe it's a guy thing...I would never want to stay at GF...the place reminds me of what my Grandmother's house/furniture and attic was like growing up....GF is a place my husband says "feels stuffy". I still would like to stay there though.![]()
