They just raise prices to pay for all their stupid decisions and then want us to keep coming back for moreHow embarrassing! Disney spent all this money on this brand new show and equipment just to take down shortly after. They need to take a hard look at how they spend money. Come on DIS, be better than this. You used to be.
Late 2023 all being well. But it is still early in dev, so we will see how it goes.Is the new show still planned for the end of the year or will it be sooner?
Sure, but at least they were willing to kill it and start again. I was quite sure we were going to have to live with the steel behemoths for a few years so that they could wring as much life from them as possible. I can almost enjoy them on my next visit now knowing it's the last time I'll have to see them. How embarrassing! I assume we'll be seeing a new barge assembly site popping up backstage again? At the rate Disney builds stuff, they really need to get moving.Late 2023 all being well. But it is still early in dev, so we will see how it goes.
Well the new show will hopefully have that, but it's going to have something else that will attract a lot of attention.
More trees. And won't be Chapeked at all. But what will Igered look like?
What, you don't like the shipyard look better than a great view of the world showcase?Sure, but at least they were willing to kill it and start again. I do believe the Fountains didn't fail much, if it all during Harm...Harmonious COULD have worked had they just spent the extra money to expand the backstage harbor to dock the barges during the day instead of throwing up their hands, anchoring the beasts, then installing a half-@$$’d fountain system.
Alas, they’re now discovering that an ounce of prevention is far cheaper than a pound of cure.
One of the very few places where they will improve the appearance of said place

I think it needed more work than that to function in the space. The central barge facing only one prime viewing area was another blunder. Anything they do needs to play to the entire lagoon perimeter.Harmonious COULD have worked had they just spent the extra money to expand the backstage harbor to dock the barges during the day instead of throwing up their hands, anchoring the beasts, then installing a half-@$$’d daytime fountain mode.
