Obviously they won’t be out there during the day normally, so it doesn’t matter (and they’re smaller), but it’s amazing how much better they look actually being centered compared to the Harmonious tacos.

I can see the heart tubes in the most recent pictures. What pretty cool to are the small barges. They also have fountain heads which will really expand this fountain display. I also can see that they have tons of cable which leaves me to believe they will be connected to the main barges.
I wonder if they're going for a heart shape pyro set up like in the concept art
Vinnie it is clear as day there launching that heart, looks like there could be a few of them but aimed at the audience instead of straight up like in the concept.

All that I want (okay, one of the things I want) is a song list that isn't the same stuff they use over and over. If it's a major part of Happily Ever After or Fantasmic, that should disqualify it from usage here. I'd like some variety in my nighttime shows. That's a large part of why insisting they all use Disney music is a bad idea to start.

(I'd go so far as to say if it was in Harmonious it also should be disqualified.)

The "remind that that we're more alike than we are different" has me worried; it sounds like we're going to get songs with the same theme, and hypothetically that's not a bad way to go, but a lot of the overly used ones fit that mold. If we end up with a medley of "I want more" songs, kinda like the start of Harmonious, then I'm going to be very disappointed.

I don't want to hear How Far I'll Go, Go the Distance, Out There, or Touch the Sky again, just to name a few.

I hope they keep to songs representing the nations of WS. Let’s see Coco, Frozen (we don’t have a night show with Let it Go currently,) Mulan, Lion King, Tangled, Pinocchio, PatF or Toy Story, Aladdin, Hunchback or Sleeping Beauty, Mary Poppins or Pooh or Alice, and Brother Bear. Make some connection to Epcot. Harmonious biggest flaw was a lack of connection to the park.

More lesser known Disney songs would be nice if possible. Like for example Someday in Harmonious was a brilliant choice. Yes it's Disney IP but it's such a lesser known song that it feels more befitting of the show that it's in and it fits perfectly

Er, no, none of those have a connection to the park. Dreamfinder and Figment...yes. They're park originals created especially to tell the story of human creativity. Real people from the countries of WS are a connection to the park, and native/traditional songs from those countries, that's what WS is all about. I can't think anything more inappropriate than getting natives of the different countries to sing Disney songs, as I've said before, it's a complete insult. Characters and sceens depicted in Spaceship Earth would be relevant too, they are used to tell the story of human and technological development. There are plenty of opportunities internally from in-park IP for showing how "we or all different yet all alike" and strive for the same things.

You realize that they have already announced that Luminous is featuring music from the "Disney Songbook" right? We aren't getting a show without Disney IP - so given that reality, I think the suggestion to try to ensure we have music/IP with at least loose ties to the WS countries is a great suggestion. And I am also a fan of lesser known (or at least lesser-featured) songs that aren't already used for major segments in HEA or F!
