Does anyone know what this is from? I see that it is flowers made out of maps. Did a cast member do it?

i'm heading back next week for 4 days. it's my granddaughter's spring break and it will be just the 2 of us going. i will have to give her my regular camera and see how all this looks from her perspective.

I saw them up along one of the outdoor booths...if i remember correctly (but i'd been drinking so fyi lol) they were on the left when you head toward canada.

Is the man in this picutre sitting in a baby stroller? Are they serving food from booths during the Flower Festival? We were there 2 years ago and only saw flowers and items associated with gardens but no food?I'm no great photographer and these are from my cell phone so please don't compare me to the wonderful pics previously posted here lol...
