Ok guys! Here's my little tribute to EPCOT's birthday. I made an EPCOT cake. I tried to make it as really as possible. I even got out the blueprints but the supports couldn't hold it up hence it being on the platter. We'll be cutting into it tomorrow.

So cute! My mom has one of those round pan things. I may have to make an attempt at a SSE cake sometime. Not tomorrow, sadly, I will be at school. :fork:

My ex makes cakes and if she made a cake like this she would have me build a stand with dowels to make the legs. Build the stand, cut the leg out of a cake, put the dowels through the center of the legs and the ball on top.

Yes I will be sitting in my florida history class while all the festivities are taking place....wait I wonder if this could figure into my class tomorrow it is a historical florida event....some how I don't see my professor falling for it...a girl can try can't she :shrug:

BTW - When you made the supports you should have used the structural cake mix. ;)
