EPCOT 25th Gallery was CLOSED today - what's up?

Somehow I get the feeling that the constraints of money make it all harder to do. But a couple of of fanboys like us in meetings really couldn't hurt, could it?

The real problem is, there is a business to be run. Guess what they know? You all really wanted something for Epcot's 25th and they gave you way more than they had to.
With that kind of prior commitment from you (as a fan wanting a celebration), they know that the simple, unannounced closure of the bonus, last minute gallery that only you went to will not have ANY impact on guest returning to the park, including you.
I don't mean to sound pessimistic, but that's the way it is.

Wow, I cannot believe it has been a year since the Epcot 25th!
Anyhow, I was at Disneyland last month for Labor Day weekend, and I was surprised to find that they still had the "Disneyland's First 50 Years" exhibit, including the Steve Martin movie, in the Opera House on Main Street. It is getting to be 53+ years now.
I was glad to see the exhibit again, but the strange thing was that the movie was still going -- instead of Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln, which the company had promised would return after the 50th anniversary celebration was over. They had made a point of saying that in the press releases when the celebration started in May of 2005. I am surprised we haven't heard any complaints about that. (Maybe I have just missed them.)
I can say I enjoyed seeing the original Tiki Room show....

Went by yesterday to see what was up again with my Gallery and this was the newest change on the outside....

Ummmm, me and my sister are going Thurs 10/16 for Food and Wine. We do MK early in the morning to do repeated rides on the Mountains, and then EPCOT for Food and Wine, and then MK in the evening for MNSSHP.

Then I go to work on Friday and then leave work and drive straight to Miami. :lookaroun
I am going to be so tired Friday nite. I think I need a pill or something to get me through. :lol:
