Same ride, only now the Carnotaurus is replaced with Skully The Interdimensional Being.

They'll throw a strobe light on him to simulate your brain exploding.
Still better than how they did time travel and I will DIE on this hill.

yikes, I would argue frozen is instead, because for Maelstroms time it was not, Gran Fiesta may be yes.
Frozen was actually a pretty impressive job to make what feels like a legitimate ride fit into that footprint. I know it's boring, but the let it go scene is pretty impressive when you factor in a full reset for each boat (Esp compared to tianas audio you hit mid-loop

It's pretty much a poster child of how you shouldn't skimp on the bottom 20% of the ride because those simple let down moments really prevent you from celebrating a indisputable winner with those other scenes you did so well on. It's a tale of ups and downs.

Tiana's is a dead canary telling the world they didn't learn from Frozen's choices and instead drove the bus straight into the wall at full speed... taking down a grand Disney attraction in the process.

Snowflakes on screens is impressive? there used to be a polar bear and puffins there. That portion of the ride should have been a showstopper and instead it’s…. Snowflakes on screens.
I think the fact that every boat gets the same moment of let it go is impressive. They figured out the sound mapping and projection to continue the scene after the animatronic is no longer visible and let the scene reset for the next boat. You can hate it, but it was a creative solution to an IP mandate shoe horned into an existing ride.

Now they'd have run the song on a loop, removed the doors and just pumped boats through (see Tiana, Pandora boat ride, three Caballeros, etc).

And yes, I do think that 99.9999999999999% of guests think let it go is more exciting than a puffin.

I do hate snowflakes on screens when that scene should be much more. Just like I hate plastic fish glued to the wall in voyage of the mermaid.

The attraction itself has some moments - Olaf is the most impressive AA figure they’ve done in a long while.

I'm surprised it's gone already seeing as they were demolishing it carefully. I'm not going to be surprised if they're going to be demolishing the Green Brachiosaurus (I think that's what the species is) at the front of the land next

We were just talking last night about when that would happen and also how long it would take and if it would be like one piece taken away or if we will get photos of a decapitated dino lol
