They should just turn it into a DVC trailer park at this point.
You are not going to believe this.

I think the new trailers are nice looking...but they should be segregated as their own community within Fort Wilderness... their own pool and amenities, their own bus stop... As it is, they seem far from everything and again, don't match the rest of that resort. But they look kind of nice considering what they are replacing. They need to do at least some of them without bunk beds for families without small children though.

Incredible -- it is simply incredible. Do they not look at this internally and all agree, "okay, lets get a move on?"
I don't get it.
Does work have to be happening in the exact location you want in order for you to get it? They’re currently securing permits for and beginning work on the backstage infrastructure to ultimately support work in this area.

The point they’re making is that Disney is dragging its feet getting this project done. There’s no rule insisting that Disney must announce a project before they start construction.

Primevil Whirl closed 4 years ago. In what universe is it okay to be looking at a concrete blacktop, still after 4 years? Even when/if they announce the next project next month, it won't be done for another 2 years+? Looking at 6 years to replace a section!! THAT'S ABSURD!

What about the process at the moment suggests Disney is, at present, dragging its feet on this project? There’s a difference between complaining that they shuttered PW without firm plans in place and complaining that there’s still nothing happening when, in fact, something is happening.

Don't underestimate the staffing shortages when it comes to a lot of the decisions that have been made recently. If you can't staff your current capacity how are you supposed to create more? I cannot believe that 13,000 people are going to magically appear in Orlando and want to work in theme park ops next summer. Those people are going to come from somewhere else.
