EMH September??

I can see on Disney.com which park has EMH in September, but it does not say how late the park is actually open. Best I have read is it stays open 1-3 hour(s) after posted closing date. How do you know if it 1, 2 or 3 Hours. Since it is Sept, I would assume it will not be an extra three hours. Any help here?

Evening EMH are three hours, so with normal park closing at 9:00, they will be open till 12:00

It is safe to assume that it will always be 3 hours. I think Disney says 1-3 hours to give themselves some wiggle room. It allows them to close early, if they have to, without having to come up with an excuse. However, I have never actually heard of EMH not being 3 hours long.
