EMH question...

My question is...

If I plan on taking advantage of a park's evening extra magic hours, do I have to visit that particular park earlier in the day before the EMH begin?

Back in the day when it was known as E-rides night, you used to have to scan your ticket for that park at some point during the day....if my memory serves me correctly.

Thanks for your help. This last minute planning is killing me. LOL!!!!

I think you can pretty much show up at any time!?! Not so long ago, they use to hand out bracelets which would gain you acess to the attractions but now you have to show your KTTW card to get on any rides - keeps people from abusing the system, I suppose!?!

You do not have to visit the emh park during the day, but you can't visit another park during the day and then go to the emh park if you don't have park hoppers.:)

No need to visit during the day for the extra hours, and IMO it's more fun to go, for example, to MK during the day and Epcot EMH at night. Change it up!
I agree, but you do need park hoppers for this. If you have base tickets, you can only visit one park per day. However, say Epcot's EMH is fom 9pm - 12pm, you can not go to a park all day but get into Epcot at any time between 9 and 12.

Yes, yes a hopper is needed.
We always get hoppers so sometimes I assume everyone does which they don't! :hammer:

Parkhoppers are a must. I love the fact that we can go to MK in the morning, come back to the room and swim/rest and then go out for the evening at EPCOT. Makes our trip much more enjoyable, to us at least.
