Embarrassing moments???

Hmmmmm...... my mom stuck one of those hand holders on my little brother, and told me to wear the other end. (I was about 15 at the time, and everything was embarrasing back then.) Little bro kept stretching the cord out as far as he could and then wrapping himself around people. *Sigh* I met a couple of cute guys that day

This one happened to my girlfriend...

We were in frontierland and my girlfriend and I had just bought churros (THE ONLY PLACE TO EAT A CHURRO )

Well, I went ahead of her to meet my family and she was walking behind me. A seagull (and you KNOW how bad they are in that area) came down and took the WHOLE thing right out of her hand...she didn't even realize it because she was still holding that little wax paper they wrap it in...and she actually went to BITE it...until she realized that she had turned into David Copperfield and made it disappear

Well, I'm not a bird nut but they certainly LOOK like seagulls...over near the River of America...near that little churro stand and the area where you can play checkers...nice thing to do while enjoying your churro

I can't believe this got into a "birdwatching" conversation...
but..aren't the cranes the large birds with the really long beaks??? This was a white and gray bird...and look JUST like a seagull.

Hey, I can't help it that SHE wanted to feed the birds (to tell you the truth, I think she was just a pig and ate it so fast...and "blamed it" on the "bird") Oh...and plus...she NEVER bought ME a churro

going along with the bird stories....

at the carribean beach, you can feed all kinds of birds, and one day we were doing just that. to be funny, my sister was holding up bird food to see if she could attract some more birds. much to her amazement and horror, they did. about 3 blackbirds came out of NOWHERE, swooped down and landed on her outstreached hand. she didnt want to upset them, so she stood there like a statue for a few moments while they ate. then sat there on her hand.

the look on her face was priceless.
