I would love Evening Hours to come back for other Resorts. Now with the parks opening so very early, and closing relatively early, I imagine a lot of the early rope droppers, especially with kids, wouldn't make it to late night.
Just last week, the parks were opening at 7 and 730am (except for Epcot) which sure is early when you do it day after day.

Not necessarily. They could go with two Epcot evenings instead.
Fingers crossed for DHS though.

I wouldn't draw any conclusions. The only truly safe bet is Epcot will have Monday EEH.
Last year, they switched away from MK to DHS/AK/Epcot during the holiday stretch and sometimes used Thursdays instead of Wednesdays. Or had a 2nd Epcot EEH on Thursdays.
Best bet is watch the rolling 70 day calendar unless Disney confirms the further out dates which they did with AK last year.
Tiana’s Bayou Adventure has officially been added to the available attraction list during Extended Evening Hours and will be available via a Virtual Queue:
An Extra Opportunity to Join the Virtual Queue
Guests staying at a Disney Deluxe Resort, Disney Deluxe Villa Resort or other select hotels will have additional opportunities to join virtual queues.
At 6:00 PM on nights with extended evening theme park hours at Magic Kingdom park, these Guests can request to join the virtual queue for:
An Extra Opportunity to Join the Virtual Queue
Guests staying at a Disney Deluxe Resort, Disney Deluxe Villa Resort or other select hotels will have additional opportunities to join virtual queues.

Poof. As of last night, Disney removed mention of Tiana's Bayou Adventure on the available attraction list during Extended Evening Hours from both MDX and the website.
