Early Check in- Pop Century August 20

we were very lucky in 07 at CS, a friend is a CM and she said to try early,and we got checked in after 9 am! All they can say is no!

We just got back from the Boardwalk Villas with a checkin time of 4pm, and we got our room just before noon. Best part is now they will give you your keys and either call or text your cell phone when your room is ready with your room number. We were just about to walk to Hollywood Studios when the text came in, and our bags were already in our room from Magical Express when we got there. Amazing service!!!

If the room you're assigned isn't ready when you check in and you REALLY want to get into a room right away, you could ask if there's another room available that's ready. You might lose a special request like your preferred building or floor, but you'd get into the room. So it's up to you as to which is more important to you.

Out of all 7 times I've gone....1 time out of my 6 my room wasn't ready until 3...I usually arrive at the resort around 12:30-1-ish

Same here. In 6 stays at Pop, 1 time my room wasn't ready, but we checked in at 7 am that morning. Normally, I arrive between 11 and 12.

We arrived at WL around 12:30 pm a couple of weeks ago. Our assigned room wasn't ready, but the CM said if we wanted a room immediately, there was one ready on the 1st floor. Not really wanting to be on the 1st floor, we declined and waited for our 6th floor room. Got a text at around 2:30 with the room #.
We did check in as early as 7:30 am once (did a split stay at AKL) and our new room was ready that early. We were very surprised!

In all my trips to Disney, I have always been lucky enough to get in my room before the regular check in time, but never have had a room ready before noon. When you get there if they say your room is not available, just ask in any rooms are available at the time you are checking in! Good Luck!

EVERYtime I have been to WDW, but once, we have arrived at 9am and have ALWAYS been able to check in. So, i'd say your outlook looks good.

We stay the night before in Orlando and then jump over to Pop the next morning. We generally get there between 8-9am. You can check in but can't have your room key until it is ready. Which is usually between 12-3 depending. After we check in we usually run out to Walmart and on the way back hit the disney outlet store that is just down the road from walmart.
