Early Breakfast - Transportation?

I have a 7:20a reservation at Chef Mickeys. I am staying at the Pop Century. MK opens at 9a that morning. How do I get to my reservation?

They start bus service early to accomodate early breakfast reservations. Although that seems pretty early.

We had an early breakfast at WL one morning, and we had some trouble getting there. We got to MK on a bus, that wasn't the issue, but the boats weren't running to WL yet, and none of the buses coming were going there yet. It was a bit stressful, but we did manage to talk a bus driver into taking us there.

At least you'll be able to take the monorail to the Contemporary once you get to MK.

Take the character breakfast bus which will pick you up at the MK bus stop at Pop. From there walk over to the Contemporary. Plan some extra time to get over there since they run less buses that early in the morning and if you're suer worried about it, take a cab. It won't be to expensive. But you shouldn't have a problem. Chef Mickey's is incredibly popular for breakfast so you probably won't be the only one at Pop needing to go there. Have fun!

The other option is to take a cab. Depending on your party size, this can be a simple and fairly cheap option. Your resort can call one for you.

You could also call ahead if you have a big party and get a quote/minivan cab too.

We are huge cab users. I plan extra spending cash just to cover the cabs. From the pop for a breakfast that early I would take a cab...it should not cost more than $15. Good luck and enjoy!!

To be sure I'd plan for the cab - transportation can be very stressful at that time in the morning. And maybe pixie dust will fall your way - my friend was staying at Widlerness Lodge and had an early Bibbity Bobbity Boutique appointment at Downtown Disney. She spoke to the concierge (wow I think I butchered the spelling) about how to get there and he told they they'd have a cab for them in the morning, no charge.

Bus transportation starts around 6:30 a.m., every day of the year. Getting to Chef Mickey's for a 7:20 a.m. ADR will be no problem. In fact, the bus drivers are allowed to (but not required to) drop you off directly at Contemporary Resort on their way to Magic Kingdom ... just ask!

If you have to take the bus to MK, it's a slightly shorter walk directly to Contemporary than it is to walk to the monorail station and then take the monorail to Contemporary.

The Wilderness Lodge is great for this. We have gotten this kind of Pixie Dust from there more than once. But is normall by a Disney van!!
