In 1999 (our first of many xmas trips) my sister-in-law walks out of a ice skating rink in Downtown Disney and comments "it's cold in there". She'll never live that down. That's all I can really think of.

Lady: "Let's go ride Aerosmith"

Oh I feel the pain around here . For a couple of years now I've tried to get my friends to go with me to WDW but one very stubborn friend always says "We already went for Grad Nite" or "I went to Magic Kingdom and the hotel and DTD, that's good enough" or of course the ever popular "It's for kids". For spring break, my friend preferred Cancun (think "Girls Gone Wild") over Disney. Grr

Oh, gosh. I hate it when people mock Disney even though they have never been...ugh...You ride Tower of Terror and tell me Disney is for kids! Heck, you go to MGM, Epcot, and Animal Kingdom and tell me Disney is for kids!

"Will you marry me?"
"Yes"

Sorry I couldn't help myself. My wife will take offense to this since I did propose to her on Main Street.

While working the Transportation Information Booth, located directly in front of the MK Bus Lanes no less than 25 yards from the turnstyles.

Some Hick Lady: Well, we're here!
My Boss: Ugh....yes you are...
SHL: Where's the Magic Kingdom?
MB: Right over there ma'am
SHL: But we can't see the castle!!!
MB: That's because its behind the trees miss
SHL: OOOOOOH, Thank you!
MB: You're welcome

after about 15 seconds of silence, aside from me laughing

Boss: How do these people disney?
Me: Trial and error
Boss: how does that work?
Me: They go to info booths around the country untill they get lucky
Boss: Laughs
Me: Its how they get home that worries me.

I say "Let's ride the Aerosmith roller coaster", because Aerosmith is the main draw of it for me. :)

yeah but this was just "I want to ride Aerosmith" no "roller coaster" anywhere in there.

Hands down the best, I think I got it from this site when someone else posted:

Setting- Rain at MGM

Mom to CM- "Excuse me sir, can you make the rain stop?"
CM- "Let me call my manager mam to see."
Mom-"Ok, the nice CM is calling to see if he can stop the rain." said to child.

Some of the stupidest stuff that I have heard at the Disney parks was this guy frustrated stated, "How come kids have to be here?!" And he wasn't joking!!!

I get annoyed when people call MK "WDW." And that's what I can think of right now.

"Let's go ride Aerosmith Mountain!" or "Let's go ride Tower of Terror Mountain!"

When they said ToT Mountain I went over and said " Excuse me. Get out of the park." Okay, I didn't really say it but I wanted to!

In Epcot an angry guest says to his family, "I can't believe they torn down that beautiful castle and put up that big stupid ball!"

When I used to work at WDW, I worked at BTMRR and I was directing traffic at the bottom of the ramp into the station. BTM has two stations and I was telling this lady to go on one side. She looked at me and said, "I want to get on Splash Mountain, this side is Thunder Mountain, Splash Mountain is on the other side." I looked at her and said that BOTH sides were Thunder Mountain, but she didn't believe me. Anyway, she finally came to realize that it was ALL Thunder, got upset, and said, " YOU MEAN I WAITED IN THE WRONG LINE FOR AN HOUR?" To make things better, I wrote her and her fam a fast pass for Splash. I just hope she didn't think Fast Pass was a ride.

I had another encounter when I was the greeter at BTM. This man comes up to me and asked if it was THE train ride. I told him that it was A train ride. He then looked at me like I was dumb and said, "Is this the train that takes you around the park?" I told him that it was a rollercoaster ride. He looks at me again, with that look, and says "Is this the train that takes you to Epcot?" It took everything I had not to laugh at him, poor guy. :hammer:

The question: "What time is the 3 o'clock parade?" is a classic too.

Its those kinds of people that make you wonder how the world still goes around.
