Duffy the Disney Bear is scheduled to be appearing at Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party this year. He will be wearing a pumpkin overlay for the event.

It's kind of insane how much Duffy has grown into his own as a character. I've too grown to like the guy!

I love me some Duffy and will be thrilled to see him at MNSSHP! That said, I'm afraid this will be seen by the folks who are already skeptical about him as more of Disney's marketing overkill with their Teddy bear considering the 12" Halloween Duffy that you can buy is wearing a pumpkin costume. Then again, those who already have a distaste for Duffy won't be swayed by a character meet with him in a cute costume either. Right?

Right. I'm no fan of his, and this won't sway me. That being said, since so many people on this thread are happy about it, I am happy for them. Doesn't hurt me any.

So, has this cool bear appeared on MK before or is this his debut? This bear is awesome! I just don't like that little corner in Epcot where he hangs out at, he should be a MK bear!
