We're dealing with the problems of overcompensation now, but I won't go as far as to say that everyone should be making the same amount of money. Socialism doesn't work, either. (Not to say you're suggesting it does.)
Yea, I didn't say Iger should be making the same as the average employee. That would be stupid but it can't be out of control like it is now either.
