Since the mix is available commercially it is possible that you can but them in local ice cream places and we wouldn't know it until we came across them.
I seem to remember it being mentioned in another thread that a member buys them locally (but I could be mistaken on that point  ).
Well this website
http://www.precisionfoods.com/foodservice/bnd_testimonials.cfm?start=1&id=103
from percision foods has a number of testimonies from various businesses that are using it.
Names of the shops are not given, but it says things like "Ice Cream Shop, Moscow PA" So if somone really really had a hankering for this stuff (lord knows why ) there cant be THAT many ice cream shops in Moscow PA. A little time with a phone book (or the internet) should narrow it down.
There are about 20 or so places on that website.
And for those of you in the Rexburg ID area (if any of you are)
The Cocoabean Cupcake Cafe (hows that for a name) is serving it

Java Jones also has your fix, in Ashburn VA (including Orange for those of you who roll that way - also strawberry, mango, raspberry and vanilla) Hmmm, I have been in Ashburn a number of times......
