Doing the wave with Magic Friends

No....never showed up actually. The only thing I can figure is that it was still somewhat windy today, which made climbing trees unsafe. However, if they aren't here tomorrow morning, I'm calling them.

That stinks. I can't believe they don't call and let you know if they are coming or not.

A quick hello.
No Stephie yet?

Not yet. Hope everything went ok.

Not really, just when they want paid. They just move all their euipment into the back yard and fire 'em up. Tomorrow morning, Abby has an eye dr. appt, so we'll be gone for a little while.

At least you don't have to wait around and see if they show up or not. You could always make that a long distance eye appt....I know a good eye dr:lookaroun

Hee...:)...Abby wants to try contacts again...she said she thinks she can handle it now, so I guess we'll see.

Well girlies...
I just wanted to say hi.
I'll check back in later.

Bye Dot!

My brother wasn't allowed to get contacts for a long time. He is such a typical boy and wasn't always neat and clean. :lookaroun My stepmom wouldn't let him get them until he proved that he would consistently was his hands and keep things clean.

Stuff like that makes me think *please let this baby be a girl*

I think I'm going to have some ice cream then head up stairs to lay down. I can't believe how uncomfortable I am sitting on the couch.:brick:

Goodnight Jenny!

Stephie!!! What's the news?
Well...according to the letter they sent home w/ me for work I am no longer "fully incapacitated" only "partially incapacitated".:rolleyes: That just sounds funny the way they worded it. Basically I've been upgraded to "partial bedrest" until I go back in 3 weeks. She's wants me to have another ultrasound before she sees me then too.
The "partial" part is just really confusing. She said that I just need to limit my activity. I can drive & leave the apartment, but she doesn't want me walking much and no stairs. She said I can go back to work but for very limited hours and that she'd prefer I work from home, which I told her isn't a possibility w/ what I do. And she doesn't "like" my commute. I told her that's the only way for me to get to work. So that leaves me confused as to what to do for work. Just talked to my boss and we're going to talk to HR and figure out what to do...disability or me coming in for a few hours. That doesn't really solve the commute thing though.

Took the glucose. :hurl: Not sure how I did, they said it takes 2 weeks for the results

Well, at least you're not confined to total bedrest, that's good. :) But it sounds like you may have to take the disability thing. You can't get around the commuting issue.

Yeah. I'm just really afraid of rocking the boat too much w/ work, you know? But legally they can't lay me off/fire me for being on disability can they?
