Bit of a debacle at the Easter party tonight...failed to get anything for my stepsister's kids, who ALWAYS bring a little present for my kids...I already told my mom I wasn't getting anything for any of the kids (including the twincessess, who are like my own daughters) 'cause if I have to give for everything I'd be broke. So then my mom took Em shopping to buy stuff for the twins...and I told Em she had to leave it in the car. Well, just as everyone was leaving, Em started wailing about wanting to give the twins the presents...I told her to shut it down...but then every adult asking her what was wrong and she kept on about it...talk about awkward..
Who freaking buys presents for Easter anyway????:brick:

Joel spends the entire VACATION getting up at his usual time - 6:30 - 7 - and the first day back at school, I have to get him up at 8. :brick:So now it's craziness....

Mine was great, just hung out with my parents close to home.
I saw Duplicity last night, it was pretty interesting-- I think I was maybe the only one in my group of friends who liked it. At times it was hard to follow because it jumped around a lot, but I like movies where at the end it flips you on your head and you think "wow, I didn't see that coming!"

It was pretty good. Drove to PA for Passover Saturday, which ended up not happening cuz FIL wasn't feeling well so they didn't come. Stopped on the way and saw Dottie!!!! Picked up Chrissy & I's loot.
Yesterday DH & I went out for Easter breakfast and then went to see Observe & Report. (Do not see it, btw. It was horrible. People were leaving throughout the movie)
