Sorry about Mike not getting home until late...I hates that. I've had the last two days off (if you count being home with the kids as "off") and I get twitchy if Grant is 15 minutes late.
DH IS amazing...for a book so simply written, it is incredibly engaging...therein lies the genius of Rowling. I've always been put off by books that are too "high brow"...simple and smart is the key for me. That's why I love Mark Twain and cannot read Faulkner.

BTW, we bought our wedding rings last night...I was going for a plain gold band and wound up with something, um, not so plain. :lookaroun I don't know what came over me...it was so shiny...I kept putting it on and taking it off...and then the girl said "I can tell if you don't buy this you'll be kicking yoursself later" and I fell for that hook, line, and sinker.

OK, I have to admit cracking a grin at that.
Right now I could tear off the heads of animals and not care, so I'll take some humor. I feel that way every time I read the final confrontation between Harry and Voldemort....cannot put the book down at that moment, so well written....I only hope the film comes close to capturing it.
Heehee....can't wait to see pics.
