I know I sure don't... my house is pretty dim.
I do *NOT* like Bright House Networks... thier service is HORRIBLE!!! I miss Time Warner Cable.
For those of you who don't know... the company that is now known as Bright House Networks owned 10% of TWC's cable providers... TWC decided to give them 100% of 10% of the market... (instead of 10% of 100%)
Anyhoo... ever since they became Bright House... my roadrunner performance has been cut in half. I used to get 1900kbps... now I get 600kbps. Also, been having road runner outages. Had 4 appointments to have a cable tech come out and service... out of those 4 appointments, 3 never showed up, and the 4th was extrememly late. I'm still having issues with my cable modem. (Light intermittantly goes out)
As for my cable itself... my box died... hard drive crashed. So they came out and replaced the box. Now I can't get the HBO and Showtime channels that I'm paying for!
The only good thing is the nearly 2mo free cable that I've gotten so far... of course I had to fight for that... thier customer service is HORRIBLE... half the people I speak with are so rude...
