Do all Epcot Resorts share buses?

I believe that they do but it will depend on when you are getting the bus. During peak times you might be bale to get a direct ride but it is rare.

Not old, just vintage.
At the peak of the summer last July they were still only running one bus for all 5 resorts. It was very annoying because I was at Beach Club and it was almost always the last drop off. It took forever to get anywhere. I can handle staying at a resort like Coronado where there are multiple stops within the resort but having to stop at 5 different resorts was extremely slow. I eventually just planned my schedule so that I always started and ended my days at Epcot. Walking all the way through Epcot was faster and not as annoying.

I think I've seen every possible combination of routes to EPCOT resorts, all four, Yacht/Beach/Boardwalk with Swalphin separate, Yacht/Beach and Boardwalk/Swalphin, and all four separately. It entirely depends on projected passenger volumes and can be adjusted as demand changes.

My biggest concern (only concern, really) is first thing in the morning and at closing going to and from the Magic Kingdom. They wouldn't all share buses then, would they?

To be safe I would assume that they would as it will depend on how many people are waiting for the bus. If you plan for 1 hour of travel time you should be safe.

To heck with that. I think this will be the deciding factor on switching over to the GF.
You will have the same issue there just with different parks. If your main aim on your trip it to spend the majority of your time at MK then GF would be the better choice. If Epcot and DHS will be your parks of choice then you will be better served by staying at one of the Epcot resorts.

GF only shares with Wilderness Lodge. That I can live with. We spend the majority of our time between Magic Kingdom and Epcot.

It can and quite frequently also shares with the Poly and the Contemporary.

Are you sure about that? I stayed at the Poly for 2 weeks in 2008 and never once did we share a bus with GF. Only the CR. I've stayed at WL 4 times and only ever shared buses with GF. Stayed at the GF last month (only for a couple nights) but on none of the 3 days I was there did we share with anyone but WL.

Kind of a moot point anyways I suppose. The bottom line is, staying at the GF, we won't be dealing with buses for MK or Epcot, which is where we spend most of our time. Staying at the YC, there's a possibility of having to share buses, and if we want to get to MK for opening, we'll always have to take a bus.

The bus routes seem to change all the time so anything is possible. When I was at the Contemporary the bus to DTD and DHS hit both the Poly and GF

I've never understood why the CR and WL don't share, and the GF and Poly don't share. Those are all respectfully closer to each other.
