Around 8:35am they started letting people through the turnstyles towards the inner rope by Carthay Circle, and we managed to get ahead of the crowds to the front of the rope. At 9am sharp they started walking us quickly to RSR (and letting others proceed elsewhere at their own pace).

Great attraction and exactly like the movie. We were out there a year this February and hope to one day get back to DLR. A little further for us than going to WDW. I really enjoyed both parks a lot.
