Here's what the Disney Toon Studios HQ looks like since its closure last Spring. Titled "A Door Closes For A Possible Disney TVA Studio!"

It seems that Disney plans to make it the third studio for Disney Television Animation. Maybe more animated content for the service.

Comcast still provides content until 2022. BAMTech will be the backbone of Hulu eventually.

I don't think the movie distribution rights for either The Hulk or Namor were included. However Marvel has said they have the rights to both of them to use in the MCU.

I listened to an interview with Don Hahn, and he all but confirmed that his documentary about Howard Ashman is coming to Disney+.

The thing that I'm looking forward is those animated shorts from Pixar and Disney Animation that is exclusive to Disney+. Shorts never had a good distribution channel like it had before the television age with the Mickey Mouse/Looney Tunes cartoons.

Now Disney+ seems to be the right place for making a lot of them, specially if enough people watch it there. I hope some shorts become so successful that "short franchises" start to exist.

Hulu buys movie rights to 2020 and 2021 Lionsgate Movies and tv shows. This is a smart move and will help Hulu gain more customers. Everyone talks about Netflix and Disney Plus but too many ignore Hulu and Hotstar, Disney's secret weapons.
