True that is the only movie I like jonny depp in to. There has been a lot of reports it will have a big weekend but with 250 million budget it needs to do 60 to 70 million the first weeks say it will do 40-50

Looks good. Also, I don't think think it will flop like John carter because it has Johnny depp and bruckheimer (spelling?) working together, and their movies have sometimes been good, but always make tons of $.

Perhaps that is why it's called "Loan" Ranger, instead of Lone Ranger. Because Disney will have to take out a loan if it ends up flopping. Zing!

It does I thought Alice in wonderland was going fovea flop to but with all the movies coming out this year Lone Ranger is not a top 10 movie this year

Growing up, the Lone Ranger was like a superhero to me. No attempts since the original series have had that same feeling.

I'd love for this to be great, but it looks like it may be a Huge dud. Much worse than John Carter.

Johnny Depp seems totally miscast, too. I'm actually surprised this was allowed to proceed and wasn't shut down.

I thought this was Johnny Depps idea basically. He wanted to do this movie. I disagree with the miscast. Sparrow, Demon Barber, Wonka, Scissor Hands. This is just his kind of character.

All of the Pirates fans will flock to this. Not only does this film have the same team as Pirates, but Johnny Depp is in it. This isn't going to flop, and it looks TEN TIMES better than John Carter.

Not saying it won't make money but will be tough to bring in enough to break even. It will have to make 500 million to make a profit. I love armie hammer though he should be the next batman. I hope it does good just not sure if it will be. I can name at least 10 movies this year that will out profit this one.
