Disney's Live Action The Little Mermaid

I have a hill too!

I think the live-action Cinderella was FABULOUS! Yes it followed the same story but I don't care. The casting was perfect, the costumes were amazing, the colors were luscious and the music was beautiful.

No other live-actions have lived up to it for me. I've liked some just fine but I can re-watch Cinderella again and again. Hoping I feel this way about Little Mermaid!

Perhaps it was Kenneth Branagh's direction. I'm also enjoying his take on all the Agatha Christie movies for pretty much the same reasons listed above.

Yes… I am looking forward to his Haunting in Venice in just a couple of weeks

So excited for that! He's excellent at creating an "atmosphere", which should be perfect for this movie.

Actually it was on D+ in 2020, then it was removed so it could be streamed elsewhere I believe. Its happened with a bunch of their movies over the last 4 years.

Yea, they are all pay to view. I don't need to see it that bad. If it was "free" on D+ I would watch it.
