Sunny day today and it was insanely crowded.
In all the media I've seen and read about apocalyptic diseases, none of them involved the scenario I witnessed today. It seems that because everyone is being told to stay home from work and school... they all decided to visit Disneyland instead! Seriously, even this pounding rain can't keep people away.
Yeah, just saw the announcement. But the parks were filled the last few days even before the announcement was made.Well, who knows when they'll be able to go again.
20 people at Lincoln? Sounds like they were packed! That's a big audience for Lincoln. The effects of the Coronavirus seem to had hit pretty hard last weekend though. I went to another showing of Lincoln and it was like 20 people in the theater. I mean where was everybody???? My girl looked around and first thing she uttered, 'Coronavirus!'. I nodded with a 'Mmmm hmm'. True story.
They haven't had a crowd that big since Four Score and Seven Years Ago one might say.20 people at Lincoln? Sounds like they were packed! That's a big audience for Lincoln.

Because that is cause for removal from the park.On the bottom scroll of the 10 PM KTLA evening news...

Well, last day and it looks like the park is DEAD. Was kind of expecting it to be packed.View attachment 455985
Everyone is at COSTCO and grocery stores standing in long lines.
Obviously I have no way of knowing what you actually have, but it’s very likely that you have a much more common virus to your area.Or already sick and stuck at home (at least I am). I will also add that Disney said in their announcement that there aren't any confirmed cases in the Resort, but it's almost impossible to be tested, at least here. So that conclusion isn't really fair when they just don't even know.
I visited the doctor yesterday and was told I "was the closest they've seen with the symptoms," but said they don't have any coronavirus tests. I then tested negative for the flu and was told "I can't tell you you don't have [coronavirus]". So make of that what you will. I was told to stay home as much as possible, and to go the hospital if I got worse.
Considering I work from home and have only really left the house to go to Disney, my doctor and I feel it's very reasonable I picked up whatever I have from the parks. That being said, I'm sure the park is happy to "officially" announce they don't have any cases, even though that may not be realistic.
My main point is that I am glad the park caved in for the benefit of the public health. And hopefully we can see them reopen as soon as is safe to do so.
Not completely dead today, even with some rather heavy rain coming and going.Well, last day and it looks like the park is DEAD. Was kind of expecting it to be packed.View attachment 455985
Mickey and all his friends are crying and making it rain. Not completely dead today, even with some rather heavy rain coming and going.
Low wait times right now might be because people are trying to find shelter to wait out the downpour.
