"Good news, Disneyland fans! Today, we are introducing a new, easy way to plan your next visit to the Happiest Place on Earth.

As you likely know, Disneyland Resort theme park capacity is limited to comply with governmental requirements and to promote physical distancing, so all guests (ages 3 and older) returning to the parks need to have both a ticket and theme park reservation for the same park on the same date before visiting the parks at the Disneyland Resort.

For guests purchasing new tickets on Disneyland.com, we’ve made it easier than ever as you can now book your theme park reservation at the same time you purchase your ticket! Here’s a quick look at how it works:

To purchase a ticket and make a theme park reservation together:

  1. Start at Disneyland.com/ParkReservations and click “Select Ticket.”
  2. Select the number of days you wish to visit the parks.
  3. Choose the number of tickets you need for all guests in your party, ages 3 and up.
  4. Select your ticket type – one park per day, or Park Hopper tickets.
  5. Pick a date and park for your theme park reservation, subject to availability.
• If you choose Park Hopper tickets, select your starting park for each day of your visit, subject to availability. You can then begin crossing over between the parks after 1 p.m. that day (based on availability)!
  1. For added convenience, you may now select the add-on option of purchasing parking vouchers, in advance.
  2. Review your current selections, and purchase!
If you already have a valid ticket, you’re halfway there! All you have to do now is book your theme park reservation using the separate reservation booking tool.

If you’ve already purchased and have a valid ticket:

  1. Log into your Disney account on Disneyland.com or the Disneyland app to link valid theme park tickets prior to accessing the park reservation system.
  2. Head to Disneyland.com/ParkReservations and click “Make Park Reservation.”
  3. Create your party.
  4. Select the day and theme park you’d like to visit. Guests with Park Hopper tickets will select which theme park they wish to start their day, pending availability, and then will be able to begin crossing over between the parks after 1 p.m. that day (based on availability).
  5. Review, and confirm your visit! And as a reminder, guests with multi-day tickets will be required to make a separate park reservation for each day they plan to visit the theme parks."

Yeah... the news is full of stories today how confusing this all is for retailers and private business. California says we have to stay masked until June 15th (a date based on what exactly???...) but the corporate giants already said last Friday that their shoppers can go maskless.

I shopped maskless at Trader Joe's and Target this past weekend, and both stores notably changed their front door operations and signage. But I wonder if I went there today if I have to put a mask back on? What a mess of confusion from the CDC and federal government!!! WDW is maskless but Disneyland is masked? Makes no sense.

Yes, yes, yes! Thank you for focusing on the important details @George Lucas on a Bench, it's the details that make Disneyland special. I'm so happy to see that the kids are already throwing their spare change at Ms. Irvine's work. Continuity with the past has been maintained, and this makes me very happy.

But I'm still bringing a pocket full of dimes and nickels to throw in there on my first ride.

Well, it was a great day at Walt Land, but it completely wiped me out. We went hard 9-9 and into OT at DL for last minute Tomorrowland attractions, plus shopping at World of Disney for junk after the park was all said and done. I got a nice silvenir shot glass and a magnet. Overall, an excellent trip. As you can see, Disneyland is indeed back.

Great pics throughout the day, thanks for sharing with us. Happy to hear you had a great time as well.

Anyone else confused about the dining reservation? Went to book Blue Bayou for July 8th on the website and it doesn’t go past June 29th. Went on the app and it went into mid July but the date I wanted had no openings available. So is July booked or they haven’t opened reservations yet and that’s why it is coming up as no reservations available.

I have a question regarding park-hopping that hopefully someone here can answer..

We know that we're not allowed to hop parks until 1pm that day, but are we allowed to freely hop back and forth any time after that? Or is it that once we hop parks, we're stuck in the new park until closing? Any insight would be appreciated!

According to Captn eo who was just at the park you can hop back and forth as much as you want after 1pm
