what is the point of this group really? is there a plan to have fan events and such? or is it just to contradict D23? just curious....

Just a statement that hopefully Disney sees that they should make some changes to the club. We mean no harm.

I think the addition of Jeff Kurtii certainly adds some clout and legitimacy to D64's cause. I know D64 was/is sort of a joke, but there is a good point being made here. When you have a guy like Jeff joining who is a Disney historian, that means something. Welcome to D64 Mr. Kurtii!
