Disney World Gifts

On our next trip we will be traveling as a group of 12. We are leaving the last week in Feb. I thought it would be cool to give everyone Disney related gifts for Christmas prior to our trips. I thought about maybe a certificate that says dinner and fireworks cruise on us or something like that. Anybody have any other suggestions on good gift ideas pre-trip?:xmas:

First of all, have a great time! Our last trip in March was with about 13 people and we had a lot of fun. Sure, we had the odd scuffle here and there about where to eat or what park to go to, but all in all it was a great trip for everyone.

Getting to your gift idea, not sure if this would be doable for 12 people but last Christmas, I surprised my wife by putting a print out for the Royal Table character breakfast in her stocking. She thought it was great! We had a blast when we finally got to the breakfast later in March.

I do like the idea of Disney Christmas Ornaments as well, they always have some really cool stuff...even at the Disney store. Or maybe personalized Mickey ears for everyone thats going.

What about a custom made t-shirt? use one of the many sites (cafe press). On the back you could create a checklist of things you are going to do and be creative with the front of the shirt.

For one of our trips we put "Disney Dollars" in my son's Christmas stocking. When he pulled them out he asked "Why did I get Disney dollars? to which my wife and I replied "where can you spend those?" That's when the light went on and he realized we were going back to Disney World. We also prepared a book describing the Resort we were staying at. The restaurant with their menus and other planning information. We used the book to plan out or trip it was a great family experience.

We travel with a group of 8 -10 every February, so traditionally we do a Disney thing for them at Christmas. We did the Hoop-Dee-Doo tickets one year, Circque tickets one yearfor the ladies and Disney Quest tickets for the men, Segway tours another. I made up "gift certificates" each time with the reservation numbers on them. Have fun!
