1. I’m glad about recalls. I could tell on a recent visit that the employees are still a bit shell shocked from the labor disruptions
2. Someone clue me in on how they’re gonna control crowd control/flow?
Because “more capacity” isn’t going to work without new crowd management mechanisms. Nope.
Totally agree here. I don't know how many more people they can "fit" into the parks, especially if socially distant lines remain in place.

FWIW, I believe CDC revised its distancing guidelines down to 3 feet (from 6 feet). I could see them "squashing" the lines down. I haven't been in the parks but that may ameliorate some of the line issues. I also feel they've been phasing out some of the on-ride separation?

Regardless, I feel like June is going to be very busy, and they're going to increase capacity to 50%, and it will hit those caps at places like DHS and MK.

Ok, so where are they going to put all the people?

With social distancing and extended queues at less than "35%" capacity the parks seemed like they were crowded at pre-covid levels.

You can't keep squeezing everyone in and expect everything to remain spaced out. Something's got to give.
New CP position.... Specially trained in the east

It’s not about the size of the lines...it’s that they have not added enough attraction capacity for 20 years to keep up...hence the need for fastpass.

even with “limits”...it will hit the wall quickly if they don’t roll out something. It’s not 1994

Quite a few departments would need training time after hiring. Some that are more specialised were quite decimated.

what kind of “specialization” are we talking?

Any idea if this includes salaried who were laid off or just union cast?

salaried would be gone...I’d be shocked if they would reverse course. Blood letting in the management ranks is always viewed as a “positivr

So must ask? Having been dumped... how many former CM's actually want to return?
Just askin'.
I would think it’s a mix. Some will want to return because they enjoyed working for Disney and they feel like it’s a good fit for them.

Others have already found new employment elsewhere (I know a few cm’s who have started their own businesses and are doing quite well!) and have no reason to go back.
