I'm 25xxx - any idea what that is?

That's your bib number for the Challenge. With that number, your probably assigned to the last corrals for both the 10K and Half. Normally, once waivers are released, they include corral placement based on bib number. I can't find anything regarding corrals in the runner info section. Poo.

I'm 23XXX, so I'm hoping to be placed in D or E for 10K and E or F for Half.

There has been a tracker site released, and it shows your bib number.

I'm around the 20200. It would mean corral A, cause I'm doing challenge :)
Found this:

Cool! It’s my first time not running a challenge so I’m used to the 5 number bib starting with 20xxx. This was new to me.

DLP has a different bib system where I haven't discovered the logic, yet (but I assume it's based on the moment you buy it).

WDW however has a lovely predictable system. Bib number is linked to the single race or challenge you're doing and determines the corral aswell. People who run the single (half) marathon race will get a xxx or xxxx bib nummers for the higher corrals.

Starting numbers for the WDW 2018 marathon ranked from 1 till 14.322 for the single marathon, where as the Dopey started at 20.000 (Goofy at 30.000, Half at 40.000).

A bib with 20.001 would be in corral A (first segment of the Dopey runners) where as 14.332 (last runner of the single marathon bibs) would be in corral G. Same for 40.001 and 30.001.

Photo tip: Stay on the left through Pandora to stop and get a picture with the floating mountains. PhotoPass photographers will be there. Last year I was on the right and would have knocked over about 20 runners to get across. So I missed it. It will still be dark at AK for the early corrals.
